HOMELESSNESS HOUSING

Faith Formula Human Services strives to support our community by providing assistance programs as well as referrals to resources within the areas of need. We do not offer all forms of assistance due to our funding types. Applications are processed on a first come, first served basis. Funding is limited and we currently have a waitlist for applicants. Please allow us time to process.

We are not currently taking any new applications. Walk ins will not be accepted.

Diversion Housing Assistance Program


To be considered for eligibility for the Diversion Housing Program, clients must be:
  • Clients must currently be homeless and not under any residential lease of any kind
    • We will require proof of literal homelessness - eviction notices and court documents do NOT qualify
    • Examples of literal homelessness are living in a place that is not meant for habitation or residing in a shelter 
  • Clients must have a form of income that is adequate to qualify for housing
  • Clients must not be receiving any forms of subsidized housing (example: section 8 voucher)​Please note: Submitting an application does NOT guarantee approval for assistance.​
