Faith Formula Human Services & Atmos Energy Keeping You Warm for the Winter Program Opens February 10, 2025

This program is ONLY for those seeking assistance with an Atmos Energy bill.   If you qualify, you will receive an email with further instructions. 

Please be prepared to submit…
1. ID or Driver’s License
2. Social Security Cards for all household members
3. Proof of Income (for the last 30 days – includes wages, SSI, SNAP, retirement, etc)
4. Proof of Hardship (explanation of why you are needing assistance)
5. Utility bill (most recent)

Those applying for assistance will first answer 10 preliminary questions to determine eligibility.  If approved to move forward, an email will be sent to the applicant with instruction on how to proceed and at that time all supporting documentation (listed below) will be required.

Once approved, documents are to be UPLOADED into the ZoomGrants system (emailed or faxed documents will not be accepted).
